Welcome to Caleb and Jeremy's Web Log. Since we are known for being slightly different from most, the two of us decided to make this totally different from anything else and name this site a Web Log instead of a blog. One of the many purposes of this Web Log is to give you a glimpse inside the the life of the Naylor family that a very lucky 5% of the people that we've met have never seen.

12-3-06 (That was when I wrote most of this....I had some technical difficulties getting everything to work with Firefox... :) ) Why does there have to be different Browsers? Webdesign would be so much easier of there was just one browser platform to work with, wouldn't it?...Anyways..here's the post!!

Hey all!! I am really ashamed of myself cause, ya know? I totally forgot JCLOG's 1st birthday. I am a whole month late....can you believe that?.... So sad. Anyways, it was on November third of last year when we did our very first post. Haha And I think that is the most comments we've ever gotten too!!! So, I know this is late but this is the official 1st anniversary post.....that doesn't really mean that it is going to have anything special written in it... it is just the first anniversary post. :o)

Thanks for all the comments on the last post!! Believe it or not both times someone said the first word that thy thought of looking at Caleb's picture. I thought to myself “what are they talking about?”....... I finally figured it out. LOL ......Yeah.....kinda dense, huh. {:o)

We haven't had a poll on here in a really long time so I thought I'd post one here.....but....that is about as far as I got. ;o)

Here is a picture of our thanksgiving table this year... it was a lot shorter than last years cause we had about half as many people here but we still had a lot of fun!!! We did a little bit of shooting, played some VB, ate dinner(it was good as always), played some more VB, then everyone left.

Here is a picture of our table.....

The table
Izze's are the drink of the year!! They are just fruit concentrate and carbonated water! No sugar. :o)

And here is a picture of our TG table last year.....

Wow
I still can't get over how long it was. :o)

I finally installed the crack on my climbing wall too!!

The whole wall!!
It is harder than the rest of the wall. $o) I need to buy some more bondo so that I can put a little bit more texture on it and patch some missing spots....I think that will make it a little easier. :o)

The back of the wall..
This is the back of the wall!!!(I like the front better)
The wall is braced against those two trees so it kinda gives it an interesting effect when you are climbing and the wind blows. :o|

Here are some pictures of Caleb and I climbing.

Caleb Climbing
Caleb climbing the hard side of the wall....the easy side is the back. :o)

Me

And guess what? It snowed here!! Here are some picture of it......It was over 70 deg on Monday, then it was cold on Tuesday with a little bit of freezing rain and sleet, and it snowed all day Wednesday. We got about 6 inches of snow sitting on top of about a half an inch of ice out of the deal. Friday some of us went into Edmond and we counted 8 vehicles that had slid off the road into whatever happened to be in the way. :o) One knocked a sign over!..........anyways, here are the pictures that I took Monday morning of the sunrise. It was 4 deg. Brrrrr!

On my way to the top of the hill
I took this one on my way to the back fence(usually the best place to take sunrise pictures)....Fresh snow is so awesome!!

Cool
I just thought that was kind of a cool picture. :)

The Sunrise
I actually took this one out of our back yard. I walked all that way up to the back fence for nothing, :o)

Wow!!!
Here's proof!!! Honest....I didn't touch the picture!!! :o)

Today was cold and sunny. Most of the snow is actually still here which is kinda unusual...it usually lasts about 24 hrs.

Anyways,
I gtg now

You all have great day!!!

I know it took me awhile but I finally found a little time to post so..... read on!!! ;o)

The SAICFF was really good although we were all a little disappointed in the film that won... It was REALLY well made but it didn't seem to have much of a Christian message for being the winner of a Christian film fest. I thought that they could have picked a better one... Anyways, here are some pictures of that.......

Caleb
What is the first word that you think of?:o)

The Duggars
The Duggar family on stage...They are a really neat family!
~Picture taken by Nathaiel Bluedorn~

The attack
Some of the Duggar boys attacking Anna... They won!!! LOL

Caleb ie Doug Phillips
Caleb pretending to be Doug Phillips.. He didn't quite get back stage. Oh well. ;o)

So that is how the fest went. We came home from SA on Sunday and Kent (from Idaho) stayed through Wednesday. After Kent left we had Thursday through Monday to try to catch up on our sleep...the Zwoenitzers came back on Monday evening.......
BTW The official definition for Zwoenitzer is......"Lack of sleep".. JK they didn't keep us up toooo long. It was a lot of fun. Actually when they came by on the way to the Film Fest, we stayed up from 1:00am to 4:00am making a movie, then they hit the road and we went to bed. BTW The movie will "NEVER" be released :oj

I also finally raised my climbing wall on Sunday and got most of the holds on while the Z's were here.....

Here it is.....

The Climbing wall
Ya like my paint job? :o)..... it was all left over paint.. ;o)... it was actually the most fun I have ever had painting. LOL

I actually built a crack on it but it got torn off some how in the transportation/raising phase lol....I am hoping to get it put back on eventually, but right now I have to buy more holds to make it climbable. Jk it is climbable but it is pretty difficult. Probabaly a 5.11 + on the overhang and a 5.10+ on the other part....not really a beginner wall..haha

Today Sons and Brothers are supposed to do a concert on the stage but it is kind of....rainy :o/ so It is looking like it probably won't happen... bummer! I guess there still is a chance though... if it does happen maybe I'll update with some pictures! [EDIT...No chance anymore...they just left ;o)]

The rest of our year (starting a few minutes ago) looks like it is going to be pretty “normal”!!!! There is really no telling what it will be like though... we seem to get quite a lot of surprises. :o)

Hmmmm, what else... Caleb has now joined the crew at the meat processing place and we are starting another remodel job tomorrow......I think that's about it.

So, how are all you people doing? {:oP

Anyways I gtg

Tada!!!!

Well, this is update number 33 and it is the 13 of October 2006 AD and I am really late on updating so I hope you all will forgive me. :o) I was taking a break from cutting firewood (it is about that time of year here. ;o/ It actually got down into the 30's last night...brrrrr) and decided to come in and try to get this done.....

Okay then. Now that I have all that over with here is the update.

I guess I left you all in Colorado:o/ so I'll kinda pick it up after we got home cause not much happened before that and after my last update.

We came home on the fourteenth of Sept.(I think..somewhere around there) and the rest of our month was totally packed. We had performances on the 16th, 17th, 22nd, and The MacDonalds weren't able to make it here on the 29th because of bus troubles so we filled in for them on The Stage..So that made four performances in less than 15 days. That might not sound like very many for some people but for us...... that is pretty impressive. LOL

Now for October.... October is going to be and has already been a very busy month for us. We have one song down on our up and coming cd.(Record timing too!!! It only took 2 years. :o) ) Tera and I are are going to be recording most of this one so if you think about us, please pray. :o)

On the 5th we headed for a Bible Camp in Illinois for a Long weekend (5 days, so I guess that would be more like a short week. haha). Anyways, that went very well but we didn't get any pictures of it. :o( On the way home went to St. Louis and got to go to the arch.....

The view from our van.
I took this picture right after we left the van 'cause I liked the "No Parking" sign.....haha We didn't park the van in the "No parking" Zone

Climbing
We walked past this concrete wall that I guess is supposed to keep the Mississippi River out of St Louis. Anyways, Caleb and I tried climbing it but there wasn't very many holds and I didn't have my climbing shoes so we didn't get very high. :o) . We got some pretty funny looks from people driving past though. ;o)

US
Yours truly(Jclog staff) with the arch in the background.

The Arch
It is really an incredible structure, I think!!!

The Edge
I had to take some pictures of the edges so here is the inside edge!! Someone did A LOT of welding on that thing!!! They were really good too!

The Shadow
I think this one is pretty self explanatory. :o)

St Louis
St Louis!!!! Looking west.

The Mississippi
This would be looking east... The Mississippi River

Group Shot
And here is all of us that went to the the top.

This Saturday(tomorrow) some friends from Co.(the Gilberts) are going to come visit us, Sunday...the Zwonitzer's from Washington are coming by on the way to Texas, Tuesday...Another friend from Idaho is coming, Wednesday.. some more friends from Montana (the Wagners) are coming through, also in their way to Texas... and Foxfire(The haismans) are going to be playing on The stage, and Thursday everyone except for mom and dad are going to drive down to San Antonio, Tx for The San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival and we are going to be there through the 22nd(Sunday). That is where the Z's and W's are going too..
On Tuesday(the 24th) Sage and Tera are flying to Annapolis, Maryland for awhile(I'm not sure how long) and that is about all we have planned for this month. :o)....
That paragraph feels all mixed up and kind of grammatically incorrect to me....but I don't really feel like trying to untwist it. So, sorry about that! ;o)

Anyways, that is all for now...I'll try to be better about updating next time. haha

Later!!

Hey all!!

I am going to go ahead and update because people keep asking us about the raft trip so here 'tis..:oP

We left for Colorado on Sunday September 2nd . The trip up was very uneventful and went very well except for.....gas.....it is about 50 cents more expensive here in Co than it is Okla. :<0 When we left home it was about 2.49 and it was about 3 up here.

Anyways, here is what has been going on since we got here...Monday....we went and sorta scouted out the river that we were going to raft and decided that we were going to have one base camp instead of moving camp as we went down the river. That turned out to be VERY good decision seeing that we had a total of 7 tents to set up, etc.

Tuesday, we.....Actually I think we just pretty much did nothing. :o)

Wednesday we headed to camp and set up tents and Anna, Caleb, and I went for a hike and made sure no one got our spot while dad and John went and picked up the rafts and Sage, Tera, Mom, and Sarah, picked up our friend, Hannah, from the airport and we all finally ended up in camp together around 7:00.

Here are some pics of the hike that we did.

The view
This is a view of our camp...Hannah took the picture Saturday evening. I took one with my phone when we went but Hannahs picture quality was way better.

The hike
The last part was sort of a climb. A 5.1-2 at the very most..

When the girls got to camp Tera, Anna, Caleb, Hannah, and I went on another hike up a different “mountain” and Caleb and I did a bit of bouldering on the way down...we didn't get any pictures of that though.

We pretty much just sat around and visited till about 10:00pm, then everyone but John and I went to bed. We stayed up and waited for the rest of the rafting group to arrive.... they were due about 11:30-12. The Watchlers, Adsits, and a Petering came “bouncing” into camp at about 11:30-12(right on time) and we we all got to bed by 1:00-2:00 which became a tradition for the rest of the trip. :o)

That is also that night that we discovered that trains come by our camp randomly from about 9:30- 11:30 and from about 4:00am to noon... and there was an intersection just down the road from us, soooooo they blew the whistle at the exact same time that they passed our camp. It was kind of disturbing the first couple of times it came by.....ie I didn't sleep well Wednesday night, but I either got used to it or I was to tired to not sleep well the other two nights.

Anyways, we all got up Wednesday morning(No, no one got run over by the train) and had breakfast and hit the river!!!!!....I don't think it hurt it....sorry..bad jk

Volleyball
What we did back at camp. We kept the ball in the air for about 115 hits!!!

Dinner
Eating dinner around the fire.

Rain
Friday trying to keep warm and waiting for the rain to stop so we could get on the river.

Rain!!!
It started raining harder so we are went for a ride in the Adsits van on a muddy road and just about got it stuck something like 5 times. :o) LOL It was fun anyways though.

Inside the van
Inside the van...Sorry about the quality.. I took that picture with my phone.

We did finally get back though, after having lots of fun in the mud, and we had a great time on the river! The sun even came out enough to keep us warm if we got wet....which we did. :o)

It was a really a miracle I think, 'cause it started raining as soon as we finished the stretch we had planned for the day and got the rafts all packed up. PTL It was kind of a wet evening at the camp but we had fun playing soccer and visiting. It all worked out good!!! Friday evening we built a shelter out of tarps that helped keep some of the rain off and Mr. Gilbert and Andrew came on Friday night so they could join us on the river Saturday.

High Five
A high five!!!

On Saturday we did the same stretch of the river that we did Friday. It had a class 4 rapid on it that was a ton of fun but we didn't get any pictures of it. :o/

The Gilberts
Mr. Gilbert and Andrew. Isn't that a great picture?

Most of the group left at about 6:30 Saturday evening but the Gilberts stayed the night with us.

Sunday morning we all woke at 6:30, packed up, and returned the rafts to Kremmbling. We got home at round 10:00 and left at 4:00 for Colorado Sprgs. for a Sons and Brothers concert. They are great so if you ever get a chance to see them live.... go do it!

Monday Sarah, Anna, Hannah, John, Caleb, and I went for a hike up to Silver Dollar lake.

We are on our way to the farmers market in Evergreen as I write. This afternoon some relatives of Hannah's are going to come visit and tonight a bunch of people are going to come to Georgetown and we are going to play Volley ball...so that is our trip so far. John also did a post on the raft trip so he has some pictures there too.

Like always, I would appreciate anyone pointing out any mistake that you might find. LOL :o) I don't check these over very well.

Well, I am going to sign off now, so God bless and have great day!!!

Hey, Guess what!!!!! I'm actually going to write an update for jclog!!!! Jeremy usually does them(as you may have noticed) , but........this time you're stuck with me, because Jeremy's at work, and I didn't have to work this week.

Notice: Lola, we didn't get your full email address. Could you send it to us, please? We only got the first part of it.: )

Also this text is red, because Jeremy is writing it. From now on Caleb will remain blue and I will be red. :o) Ummmm...btw: Jeremy got back from work.: )

I guess I'll start way back on.......*goes to see when we updated last*...... July 24th, 2006.

I can't remember what we did on July 24th.......*goes and gets calender*....well, looks like we didn't do anything on July 24th.

Okay, July 25th---------

July 26th---------

I've changed my mind, we're going to start August 4th.: )

We decided to go to Lake Tenkiller that weekend, to meet some friends of ours, John and Hannah.

I'm not going to type a whole lot about that, but here are a couple of pixs.....

Then we had to go home and work the next week. I think John already posted pix of the job , so I won't.

On the 12th we had a talent night on our stage, and had about 8 different people play. Then on the 23rd we had the Triple L Band from N.M. come do a concert, they did a great job!
